Nicole Ambrosetti


Ms. Ambrosetti’s practice focuses on antitrust, unfair competition, and complex business litigation for MoginRubin LLP. Prior to joining MoginRubin LLP, Ms. Ambrosetti was an associate in Crowell & Moring LLP’s Antitrust Group, and also worked as an associate with a San Diego law firm focusing on complex business litigation. Nicole also has lived and worked in several cities in Germany, including a summer internship at a prominent law firm in Frankfurt, building upon her experiences as a Fulbright Scholar prior to law school. Ms. Ambrosetti clerked in the 23rd Judicial Circuit of West Virginia following graduation, and is admitted in both California and West Virginia. Nicole earned her J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law, where she received the Dean’s Award and the Faculty Award, and served as online editor and a lead article editor of the UC Irvine Law Review, as well as on the Student Bar Association (SBA) Appropriations Committee. Ms. Ambrosetti earned her B.A. from Duke University, where she was a LANY Fellow at the Sanford School of Public Policy.
