February 26, 2020 – MoginRubin partner Jonathan Rubin and attorney Tim LaComb co-authored an article published in the Daily Journal last week, “Court substituted gut instinct for robust anti-competition analysis.” The article analyzes the methodology used by the federal judge to conclude the merger did not violate antitrust laws. The decision followed a tumultuous two-week trial concerning potential competition problems associated with the T-Mobile/Sprint merger and likely paved the way for consummation of the merger later this year.
