Mr. Mogin has received numerous awards for his dedication to Antitrust. To name a few, in 2018, he was honored in the Jury Verdict Reporter’s Trial Lawyer Excellence Awards, he has been recognized twice by the Legal Aid Society of San Diego for his Pro Bono work, and by both the San Diego County Board of Supervisors, and Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) for being an “Outstanding Community Leader.” In addition, Mr. Mogin has received the Sylvia Siegal Award which recognizes professionals who continue to identify injustices faced by consumers.
His high achievements and relentless advocacy on behalf of plaintiffs and classes nationwide, commitment to promoting the highest moral character and ethics in the plaintiffs’ bar, and contributions to what is now the CLA Antitrust, UCL & Privacy Section demonstrate that Dan Mogin truly is a Best Lawyer, and is more than deserving of this honor.
