Dan Mogin has been chosen by the United States District Court for the Southern District of California to serve as a Lawyer Representative for a three-year term through 2012.
Lawyer Representatives’ duties include participating in the annual Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference, the annual District Conference of the Southern District, regular meetings of Lawyer Representatives in the Southern District and public events at the District Court, as well as various special projects.
