Jonathan Rubin, Partner, has been invited to speak alongside Ole Wendler Pedersen, Vice President of Novo Nordisk, at an event in Copenhagen intended to expose young Danish competition lawyers to some of the practicalities of U.S. antitrust litigation. The presentation will take place on June 28th, and will review the basics of substantive U.S. antitrust law, some of the procedural aspects of trying a case before an American jury, and will also demonstrate the role and burdens of discovery in a typical antitrust matter.
