Dan Mogin has been asked to testify before a California State Senate Committee investigating competitive conditions in California. The hearing will be an informational hearing, entitled “Market Competitiveness: Does State Antitrust Law Need To Be Updated?” The panels will include lawyers, academics, judges and economists.
