MoginRubin LLP Named a Finalist for GCR’s 2020 Awards


MoginRubin has been recognized by Global Competition Review as a finalist for the 2020 Regional Firm of the Year – Americas Award.

 

According to GCR, “MoginRubin takes an economics-based approach to cases that has given it the opportunity to represent plaintiffs in major antitrust class actions and other cases.”  The firm was recognized for its roles as interim lead counsel for a proposed class of independent ATM operators alleging price-fixing of interchange fees in National ATM Council v Visa Inc et al, as plaintiff’s counsel for Payment Logistics Limited in its lawsuit alleging anticompetitive acquisitions and conduct in the payment interface market, and as co-lead counsel for a class of direct paper purchasers in Kleen Products v International Paper.
