Firms cannot be considered for this ranking unless one or more of their attorneys have appeared in the affiliated The Best Lawyers in America, which recognizes the top five percent of practicing lawyers in the U.S. MoginRubin’s name partner, Dan Mogin, was awarded the “Best Lawyer” distinction again this year.
