Lawyers Club members, tomorrow, May 18th at noon, MoginRubin Partner Jennifer Oliver will be moderating a discussion via Zoom regarding women on boards of directors, with Abby Weiss as a guest speaker and mediator. Women on Boards of Directors: A Matter of Balance will focus on the hurdles women have faced in getting on public, private, and non-profit boards, how those hurdles might be overcome, and how to best position oneself for consideration for a board position. The presentation will also cover the duties and responsibilities of board members.
