The proposed “tie up” of the PGA Tour Inc. and LIV Golf Inc.’s operations may face scrutiny by the Department of Justice. The two organizations have been engaged in a long dispute which would seemingly be solved by combining the commercial operations of those two tours, but goes farther and also joins them with the PGA European Tour, also known as the DP World Tour.
