Payment Logistics Ltd. (PLL), represented by MoginRubin LLP, asked the court on Friday, June 29, to prevent Lighthouse from merging with Shift4 Corp., alleging that Lighthouse is creating a vertical monopoly in an attempt to dominate the market.
“Restaurant merchants are being denied their choice of provider and their access to innovative new products is being diminished. The once-competitive market is being irreparably harmed in a way that monetary damages cannot compensate and, if left unchecked, cannot be repaired.”
