This week, wireless carrier T-Mobile confirmed reports of a major data breach in which hackers obtained personal information belonging to more than 40 million past, present and potential customers.
If you are a California resident and ever had your credit checked through T-Mobile but did not open an account, this breach may include you and you should contact us immediately. For some people, that means that their full name, date of birth, Social Security number and even information from their driver’s license are being shopped around online in exchange for a few bitcoin.
