In an effort to limit anticompetitive behavior and practices, the DOJ and FTC have begun cracking down on naked no-poach agreements. In light of these developments, many companies are pursuing alternative practices that will ensure employee loyalty while others are resorting to limited and narrow forms of the no-poach agreements.
